Att: Nathaniel Jocelyn (1796-1881, NY, CT) oil on canvas portrait painting of Mrs. Mary Quick Pell, she was the wife of John Pell of Westchester County, New York, he was a grandson of Sir John Pell the founder of Pelham, NY. Very fine painting, the figure wears a lace bonnet and fur lined red cloak, she holds a looking glass and book in her hands; in very good condition, relined with no visible damages or inpainting. 33.75 in. high x 26.5 in. wide. Frame: 37.5 in. high x 30.5 in. wide. Weight: 11 lbs.
